Al Prosser is a Software Engineer in West Des Moines, Iowa, United States. He grew up as the son of Civil Rights activist Rev. Richard (Dick) Prosser, lived in Chicago, Western New York, Eastern Ohio, Democratic Republic of Congo, Western Nebraska, Western New York, and Houston Texas before coming to Iowa. He raced motorcycles in High School and a couple years after, then after University. He worked in the Space Program starting in 1982 while at the University of Houston and for a few years later until 1997. He joined the Bahá'í Faith in 1989.
